Design and Implement ER strategy / Policies for SBU Plants. Maintain harmonious industrial relations and vigilance pertaining to the requirement of workforce. Proactively provide continuous support to Plants in terms of ER deliverables. Ensure compliance to statutory requirements INCLUDING TPL manpower. Ensure workforce engagement and capability building through various ER Initiatives.

- Plan for skill upgradation and multiskilling of employees
- Encourage continuous improvement culture through initiatives
- Manage contract labour and employee welfare
- Coordinate with legal team for various agreements and compliances
- Conduct statutory audits and ensure compliance
- Monitor and ensure compliance with crèche facility and POSH act
- Handle time office management and court matters related to labour
- Manage disciplinary actions and inquiries
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP systems
Education:
- UG: LLB in Any Specialization
- PG: LLM in Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization
