Job Description

Lead the development, implementation, and management of the surveillance infrastructure to monitor market activities and detect any suspicious trades or fraudulent behaviour.

Responsibilities

Lead the development, implementation, and management of the surveillance infrastructure.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory directives related to market surveillance, fraud detection, and prevention.
Identify risks related to market manipulation, insider trading, and other forms of market abuse.
Oversee the timely reporting of surveillance findings to regulatory bodies and senior management.
Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and participate in industry discussions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in surveillance, risk management, or compliance.
Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations and market surveillance principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
