Job Description

The Corporate HR Lead will oversee all HR functions across multiple manufacturing plants, managing employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and working closely with senior management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead and mentor a team of 5 HR professionals
  • Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws across multiple sites
  • Oversee recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes
  • Design and implement training programs
  • Establish performance management systems
  • Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs

Qualifications

  • Full-time MBA
  • Minimum 15 years of HR experience in manufacturing sector
  • Significant exposure to corporate HR functions
