Job Description

Lead the Customer Insights and Analytics teams within Customer Services to drive actionable, data-driven insights that inform strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee data teams focused on CX research and analytics within Customer Services
  • Convert business data to actionable insights
  • Design and execute advanced analyses using SQL, Python, and Jupyter Notebooks
  • Develop and implement machine learning algorithms for predictive analytics
  • Deliver high quality analysis for strategic business partners
  • Translate analytical insights into actionable recommendations
  • Mentor analysts for continuous skill development
  • Implement data-driven solutions to improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in analytics leadership roles
  • Master's degree in a quantitative field
  • Strong leadership experience managing analytics teams
  • Expertise in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Experience with SQL, Python, or similar tools
