Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Onboarding Non Voice Analyst to provide exceptional service to our clients in the Financial Services industry. You will be responsible for resolving client queries related to commercial transaction flow and ensuring smooth onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

Resolve client queries related to commercial transaction flow

Provide end-to-end query resolution to clients

Engage with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

Proactively contact clients to deliver first class service and identify business opportunities

Provide information and solutions to client enquiries around Payments, Balances, Checks, Service Bills, Regulatory Issues, and other investigations

Qualifications

Experience in International Clearing and Payments Business or Trade Finance Business

Solid understanding of Financial Institutions markets

Knowledge of Payment Systems and SWIFT methodology related to payments

Excellent relationship, communication, and teamwork skills

Ability to work independently under tight deadlines

Fluency in English
