Job Description

La Pincode Properties in Pune is seeking a Senior Accounting & Data Analysis Manager to oversee GST billing, vendor/builder bills, client invoicing, compliance, billings, and financial data analysis.

Responsibilities

Manage GST billing, vendor/builder bills, and client invoicing
Coordinate with CA partners for compliance, filings, and audits
Follow up on receivables and payments with stakeholders
Build and maintain strong vendor & developer relationships
Create detailed MIS reports, dashboards, and budget forecasts
Monitor costs, analyze trends, and support strategic decision-making

Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in accounting & financial data analysis (Real estate preferred)
Strong grip on GST, TDS, billing cycles, and reconciliation processes and MIS reports
Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and MIS tools
Meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication, and deadline ownership
Experience handling invoicing, documentation, and cross-functional coordination
