Job Description

Manage the end-to-end process of collecting, processing, and reporting financial information including marketplace order to the collection and payment to vendors. Ensure revenue and financial transactions are accurately recorded, consolidated, and reported to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and forecasts in line with accounting standards.
  • Ensure proper accounting entries, including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and external audits.
  • Consolidate financial data for global reporting purposes.
  • Perform bank, intercompany, and account reconciliations.
  • Review customer credit limits and payment terms.
  • Monitor accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments.

Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant with 6-8 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to handle complex transactions and manage customer relationships.
