Job Description

We are seeking an Office Assistant to handle various administrative tasks including computer work, data management, email communication, and general office support.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data in the computer accurately.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records.
  • Prepare reports, Excel sheets, and simple presentations (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Check, organize, and reply to emails.
  • Send emails to clients and staff as needed.
  • Write and send letters or official messages.
  • Answer phone calls and connect them to the right person.
  • Arrange and schedule meetings or appointments.
  • Keep track of calendars and daily schedules.
  • Order and manage office supplies (stationery, materials, etc.).
  • Help organize meetings, events, and functions.
  • Support other departments with their daily admin tasks.
  • Make sure the office is clean, tidy, and everything is in place.
  • Assist with filing papers, photocopying, and scanning documents.
