Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented CRM Manager to oversee the daily activities of our customer support representatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily activities of customer support representatives
  • Provide feedback and coaching to improve agent productivity and quality
  • Monitor real-time data to ensure SLAs are being met
  • Maintain and update the internal knowledgebase
  • Organize training sessions and refresher courses
  • Ensure tools and systems are being used correctly

Qualifications
