Job Description

Join Impresario Entertainment & Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. as an Accounts Officer to manage day-to-day financial operations for our iconic F&B brands like Social, Smoke House Deli, Salt Water Cafe, and Mocha.

Responsibilities

Maintain and update day-to-day accounting transactions using Tally or ERP software.
Reconcile daily outlet sales, including cash, card, UPI, and app-based payments.
Manage accounts payable: process vendor invoices, coordinate approvals, and ensure timely payments.
Monitor and reconcile bank accounts and POS settlements regularly.
Assist in monthly and quarterly inventory reconciliation, coordinating with outlet teams and the central kitchen.
Prepare and share MIS reports, including outlet-wise sales, cost analysis, and margin reports.
Coordinate with HR for payroll inputs and maintain salary-related accounting records.
Support timely statutory filings (GST, TDS, PF/ESIC, etc.) and assist external auditors during audits.
Track advances, employee reimbursements, and petty cash handling.
Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance. (CA Inter or MBA Finance is a plus.)
2–4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Working knowledge of Tally, POS systems (like Petpooja, Toast, or in-house systems), and MS Excel.
Solid understanding of GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment.
Strong coordination and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
