Job Description

Airtel is looking for a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales and end-to-end customer service in the mass retail sector. The role involves increasing market share, revenue, and executing the GTM strategy while engaging with channel partners to enhance business for D2C mass retail.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through new & existing channel partners
  • Optimize sales and distribution network for market penetration
  • Strengthen distribution ecosystem through BTL activities
  • Ensure brand visibility and achieve sales targets
  • Enhance customer experience and satisfaction
  • Manage and expand channel/distributor network
  • Lead territory team and coordinate with Zonal/Area managers

Qualifications

  • Full-time graduate degree, MBA/PGDM (optional)
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in Telecom/FMCG
