The Territory Sales Manager - Mass Retail at Airtel is responsible for driving sales, revenue growth, and end-to-end customer service within a designated territory. This role involves engaging with channel partners, fostering business relationships, and executing the go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through new and existing channel partners
  • Optimize sales and distribution network
  • Strengthen distribution ecosystem through BTL activities
  • Enhance customer experience and satisfaction
  • Manage and expand channel/distributor network
  • Lead and develop the territory team

Qualifications

  • Full-time graduate degree, MBA/PGDM optional
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in Telecom/FMCG
  • Proficiency in sales and marketing techniques
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
