Goodera, a fast-growing startup revolutionizing employee volunteering, is seeking an experienced QA Lead to enhance the quality assurance process within the software development team.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers.
Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies with a strong emphasis on automation.
Design, execute, and maintain automated test scripts.
Collaborate with development and product teams to identify and resolve defects.
Create detailed test plans, cases, and bug reports.
Monitor testing progress and report on quality metrics.

Qualifications

4-8 years of QA experience with a focus on automation.
Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, etc.
Knowledge of programming languages for test automation.
Experience with performance and security testing is preferred.
Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools and techniques.
