Responsibilities

Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle
Headhunt and map industries for talent
Maintain pipeline of eligible candidates for future positions
Manage HR needs of the organization

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
6 months recruitment experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to work onsite
