Responsibilities

Review client requests and apply technical knowledge to resolve them
Provide second-line support for incidents and requests
Contribute to project work as required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in asset management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication skills
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
