Job Description

Amagi is seeking a Tech Lead for Customer Onboarding in the Streaming/OTT industry. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership and ensure timely and quality channel go-live for assigned customers.

Responsibilities

Act as the main technical interface point with customers for channel deployments
Provide technical leadership during customer/platform calls
Educate customers on product capabilities and limitations
Write requirement specifications for customization team
Work with internal teams to deploy and configure software solutions
Mentor Implementation Engineers and ensure quality delivery to customers

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Media Technologies sector
Experience in Playout and Live orchestrations systems
Expertise in asset and metadata ingest, transcoding, and scheduling systems
Knowledge of stream delivery technologies and AWS media services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
