Responsibilities

Quickly learn about Aera's Decision Intelligence platform.
Design, build, test, and implement AI solutions for support organization problems.
Communicate with support team members to understand pain points and provide AI solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of Data structure & algorithms, Python, SQL, and Rest API.
Basic Unix knowledge.
Analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
