Bright, a consumer fintech company, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide support to the Executive team. The role involves managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and serving as a liaison to the Board of Directors.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily administrative duties
  • Manage calendars and appointments
  • Coordinate high-level meetings
  • Book travel and meeting rooms
  • Maintain client relations
  • Organize meetings and events
  • Prepare reports and process expense reports

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data management systems
  • Ability to work independently with discretion
