Job Description

Join our team at Lowe's as an Associate in the Order to Cash department. We are looking for individuals with experience in managing accounts, collections, and AR management. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, managing payments, and ensuring the smooth flow of the order-to-cash process.

Responsibilities

Manage a specific portfolio of accounts
Maintain records of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent accounts
Contact customers with overdue accounts
Initiate the dispute process on disputed invoices
Perform credit limit reviews
Negotiate payment agreements
Maintain strong communication with other departments

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
1-3 years of experience in Order to Cash with Collections
Understanding of O2C processes
Ability to work night shifts
