Job Description

Join Haleon, a global consumer health company, as a Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of technology-enabled transformation projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Manage project governance and prepare reports for project/programme governance cadence
Identify and manage project risks and issues
Monitor project spend and develop financial reports
Coordinate meetings, track progress, and provide status updates
Participate in continuous improvement of project delivery approaches
Manage stakeholder communication and engagement

Qualifications

Experience in a PMO environment delivering complex technology-enabled projects
Proficiency in project management processes across Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working in cross-functional, cross-geographical delivery teams
