Join NPM Recruitment as an HR Recruiter Intern and gain valuable hands-on experience in the recruitment industry while working remotely from home.

Responsibilities

  • Regularly fetch data from job posts.
  • Conduct candidate screening calls.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our database.
  • Align candidates for interviews.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using online job boards and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be available to work from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
