Job Description

Shivaami is looking for a Team Leader - Inside Sales to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and be willing to learn new cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
Prepare questionnaires and templates for information gathering
Troubleshoot network issues and understand MDM solutions
Collaborate with sales and technology teams for customer solutions
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations

Qualifications

Strong written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of IT infrastructure and basic network troubleshooting
Experience with Google business, Azure AD SSO, Citrix Xenapp, and other technologies
Ability to handle large-scale deployments and customer queries
