Job Description

ImpactGuru is seeking a detail-oriented Account Executive to join our Finance and Accounts team. If you have strong accounting knowledge and experience with reconciliation tasks, apply now!

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting records.
Perform bank reconciliation and payment gateway reconciliation.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Maintain Fixed Asset Register and sales/purchase records.
Oversee payroll register management.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and GST.
Assist in financial reporting and coordination with other departments.

Qualifications

Education: CA/Semi-Qualified CA / M.Com / B.Com
Experience: Proven expertise in bookkeeping, reconciliation, payroll, and compliance.
Software Skills: SAP B1, Tally Prime, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
