Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers
Define and drive technical direction of projects
Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of features
Participate in coding, maintain existing applications
Utilize Next.js to create new features
Convert designs into efficient code
Optimize web applications for performance
Conduct code reviews and quality assurance
Identify and resolve issues for optimal performance
Manage code versions using GitHub
Take ownership of product features
Enhance and optimize educational solutions with AI integration

Qualifications

3-7 years of web development experience
Strong focus on front-end technologies
Experience with Next.js and React
Proficiency in RESTful APIs and Git
Demonstrated leadership and mentorship abilities
Excellent problem-solving skills
Passion for education and technology
Experience with AI technologies is a plus
