vConstruct is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual with a passion for Planning and BIM to join our Planning team. The Billing/Planning Engineer will be responsible for creating Building Information Models (BIMs), developing BIM models with various levels of detail, and participating in project planning and implementation.
The Billing/Planning Engineer will create 3D/4D BIM models, review schedules, develop construction sequence models, and ensure high-quality deliverables. They will also participate in project planning, manage resources, and communicate with international project teams.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field, with at least 1 year of experience in BIM or planning. They should have working knowledge of BIM tools like Revit and Navisworks, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
