vConstruct, a Pune based Construction Technology company is seeking a process-oriented Project Engineer with a background in Civil Engineering/Architectural/Construction Management. The ideal candidate will have an interest in Construction Technology and a desire to build a career in BIM Enabled Project Management.

Responsibilities

  • BIM enabled Project Management
  • Document & Models Management
  • RFI Management
  • Submittal Management
  • Change Management
  • Construction Document & Design Review
  • Model Based Coordination
  • Quality check models for completeness, accuracy and constructability
  • Use Data Visualization means to track metrics, indicators for project progress
  • General Quality Assurance
  • Creating/developing best practices and workflow
  • Training and coaching other team members

Qualifications

  • B.E. / B.Tech. or higher Degree in Architecture, Civil or Construction related field
  • Working knowledge of BIM Coordination, Project Management, Change Management
  • Understanding of the overall construction process
  • Working knowledge of prominent VDC software like Revit, Navisworks, Tekla and Civil 3D
