Job Description

Join NTT DATA as a Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L1) responsible for providing managed services to clients to ensure operational IT infrastructure and systems.

Responsibilities

Monitor client infrastructure and solutions
Identify problems and errors
Investigate incidents and problems
Provide support to clients
Schedule maintenance activity windows
Report and escalate incidents
Ensure resolution of incidents and requests
Identify opportunities for work optimization

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing or equivalent
Relevant IT certifications
Entry-level troubleshooting experience
Basic knowledge of ITIL processes
