Join NTT DATA as a Senior Engineer in Cloud Managed Services, responsible for providing proactive monitoring, identifying, investigating, and resolving cloud-based incidents, service requests, and alerts for clients.

Responsibilities

Proactively monitors work queues to resolve incidents/requests within SLA
Identifies, investigates, and analyzes issues and errors
Provides second-level support to incidents and requests
Executes changes with risk mitigation plans
Contributes to project work and automation efforts

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent
Relevant certifications in cloud platforms
Moderate level of managed services experience
Knowledge of ticketing tools and server administration
