Join Live Connections as a Total Rewards Senior Associate to support a global financial client in managing Total Rewards programs encompassing recognition, compensation, health & welfare, and retirement plans.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the firm's recognition platform and benefit plan administration
  • Generate reports on recognition programs and compensation benchmarking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for Total Rewards strategies
  • Assist in compensation cycles, open enrollment, and benefit plan administration
  • Provide high-touch service during onboarding and address employee queries
  • Support risk management and regulatory compliance processes
  • Participate in projects to enhance Total Rewards offerings
  • Manage and mentor team members

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3+ years experience in benefits, compensation, or HR
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred
  • Experience in benchmarking, US benefits, compensation, and more
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
  • Ability to use metrics and analytics for problem-solving
