Job Description

Amazon.com is looking for a Manager to lead the Investigations team in ensuring the safety and integrity of the platform for customers. The role involves managing a team, setting goals, and driving performance to meet operational targets.

Responsibilities

Direct supervisory responsibility of a team of 15+ Investigators
Lead a core group of Investigators to maximize team output
Provide coaching feedback sessions and one-on-ones to improve customer satisfaction
Manage staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives, and process change initiatives
Monitor service levels and schedule adherence

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
2+ years of operational and/or retail management experience
1+ years of team management experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Word
Exceptional operational, managerial, analytical, and interpersonal skills
