Join a purpose-driven wellness brand in scaling Ayurveda and holistic wellness products across India. Lead the sales division and build strategic partnerships to drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute national sales strategy across multiple channels
  • Build & scale General Trade, Modern Trade, E-commerce, Institutional & Franchise sales
  • Set up distributor/dealer networks PAN India
  • Lead and grow a high-performing sales team
  • Drive sales forecasting, reporting, and growth KPIs

Qualifications

  • 8-12+ years in sales leadership (FMCG, Ayurveda, Wellness, Nutraceuticals preferred)
  • Proven ability to scale sales across India
  • Hands-on experience building sales teams and systems from scratch
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and execution skills
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Pune
  • Experience working closely with founders/CEOs is a plus
