Responsibilities

Design and lead processes in the Business Development department
Design Building Blocks for the Department
Implement required processes with focus on accuracy, efficiency and scalability
Monitor the growth and health of your Departments

Qualifications

Top-notch academics from a Tier 1 college
3+ years of work experience in Problem-solving/Customer success roles
Strong team player with interest in mentoring and grooming team members
Exceptional problem solving skills
