Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up workflows.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead quality.

Qualifications

Previous experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or inside sales.
Clear, confident, and persuasive communicator.
Self-starter with a hunger to win and exceed targets.
Strong follow-up and time management skills.
Comfortable using CRM tools, call software, and scheduling platforms.
Background in working with coaches, consultants, or within the digital marketing industry preferred.
