Manage service operations within an assigned region, lead a team of Field Service Engineers, oversee device installations, address technical issues, work on system integrations, provide customer training, and maintain detailed records.
Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, 3+ years of field service experience, strong knowledge of PLC systems, electrical wiring, SCADA, Linux, and Windows environments, excellent problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel.
