Job Description

The Process Associate role is responsible for supporting one or several processes, including monitoring quality of customer calls, secured email responses, routing for review, etc. The role ensures Regulatory and Procedural compliance for optimal customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
  • Achieves expected scores on key performance metrics such as accuracy, productivity, TAT, etc.
  • Quickly learns policies, processes, and operations.
  • Maintains knowledge of Regulatory requirements and Procedural guidelines.
  • Accurately follows published procedures and executes processes.
  • Processes defined minimum number of transactions/units on a monthly basis.
  • Cross trains on various processes as per business need.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in humanities, arts, science, commerce or equivalent education
  • 0-2 years of work experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
  • Must pass English Assessment
