Job Description

The Process Associate role is responsible for supporting one or several processes, including monitoring quality of customer calls, email responses, routing for review, etc. The role ensures compliance with procedural and compliance requirements for optimal customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
  • Achieve key performance metrics in processing assigned support processes.
  • Quickly learn and execute applicable policies and processes.
  • Maintain knowledge of Regulatory requirements and Procedural guidelines.
  • Accurately follow published procedures and processes.
  • Process defined minimum number of transactions/units monthly.
  • Cross train on various processes as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in humanities, arts, science, commerce or equivalent education.
  • 0-2 years of work experience in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
  • Ability to meet target productivity and quality goals.
  • Must pass English Assessment.
