Job Description

The Process Associate role is responsible for supporting one or several processes, including monitoring quality of customer calls, secured email responses to customer queries, routing for review of open items, etc.

Responsibilities

Ensures compliance with relevant company and regulatory guidelines.
Achieves expected scores on key performance metrics such as accuracy, productivity, TAT, etc.
Quickly learns applicable policies, processes, and operations.
Takes efforts to gain and maintain knowledge of Regulatory requirements and Procedural guidelines.
Proven ability to accurately follow published procedures and execute processes.
Processes defined minimum number of transactions/units on a monthly basis.
Cross trains on various processes as per business need.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in humanities, arts, science, commerce or equivalent education
0-2 years of work experience
Experience in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
Must be able to pass English Assessment
