Looking for a qualified HR service desk associate to join our team to provide excellent customer service, resolve technical issues, and support US and/or Canadian Payroll/HR Services.

Responsibilities

Answer queries related to payroll
Ensure timely and accurate customer service daily
Contribute to improving customer support
Develop reports on help desk team's productivity

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience as a HR Service desk associate
Hands-on experience with help desk
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Graduation completed
