Responsibilities

Configure, install, test, and operate client infrastructure
Identify and resolve technical incidents and problems
Manage incidents to resolution while meeting SLA conditions
Update incident progress and resolution details in a timely manner

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Associate level certification in Data Centre and Networking technologies
Experience in Collaboration technologies and technical support
Understanding of Network routing and switching
